Dell OptiPlex GX620
Purchased on eBay in February 2020, this machine is probably the most well maintained computer in my collection, as I've restored it to near factory new condition. Has somehow killed 3 different CMOS batteries in it's lifetime, though. Currently runs XP Pro SP2. I run this machine with the same setup as the OptiPlex 780 & 210L, via a VGA switcher.
