This March, even though I haven't been able to do anything big enough for a full page, there were a couple smaller projects that I've done that were worthy of mention. So, until I finally get a bigger project done (hopefully very soon) here's just a few of the minor things I've done this spring.
One of the things I did earlier this month was clean out my home office, and somehow I managed to find 4 complete sets of keyboards & mice. The Cooler Master keyboard (top right) was the first ever "gaming" keyboard I ever bought, probably from around 2016 or so. I don't even know how I ended up with the Logitech keyboard in the top left. One of the mice is a Corsair Glaive RGB, which was the gaming mouse I used for many years until it died. I wish Corsair still made them, because it was the most comfortable mouse I ever used. R.I.P.
I went on another thrift shore excursion recently, which unfortunately yielded zero computer related items. The only thing I ended up buying was this little RCA speaker for 5 dollars, which I thought might be fun to experiment with. I probably won't be doing any thrifting for another few months, but at some point, I will return.
I'm currently in the process of trying to rebuild my Dell Dimension 8300 back to usable status, but it's turned my workbench into an absolute war zone. This weekend, I'm going to try & reorganize it all, because it's almost impossible to use if you're trying to disassemble and reassemble a computer.
Even though I haven't had much content to show for it recently, things have been pretty busy here this spring. I believe I'll have a big project finished by the end of this month, but with my recent track record of failed promises, who knows.
